Place On Balance Volume Indicator on Cryptocurrency Chart on MetaTrader 4

This OBV cryptocurrency indicator tutorial will explain how to place the On Balance Volume indicator on a Bitcoin Chart on the MT4 Bitcoin Trading Platform - MetaTrader 4 software.

How to Place OBV Indicator on MetaTrader 4 Cryptocurrency Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator window as illustrated and shown below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) & then choose 'Navigator' window (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click 'Navigator' button or press keyboard short cut keys 'Ctrl+N'

On the Navigator window, select 'Technical Indicators', (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand menu by clicking the expand button mark (+) or doubleclick the 'indicators' menu, after this the button key will then now appear as (-) & will now be shown as a list as shown below.

From Above window you can then place any technical indicator that you want on the crypto chart. The OBV bitcoin volume technical indicator can be used as a bitcoin trading reversal indicator, bitcoin trading exit indicator or crypto entry indicator.

Step 1: Select the On Balance Volume button on the MT4 list of technical indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double click the On Balance Volume Button Key, & click okay to place the OBV Indicator on chart as illustrated & shown below:

Edit OBV Indicator Setting

To Alter the Settings, right click on On Balance Volume Technical Indicator, select property setting and then edit the properties of technical indicator using popup menu that appears and click ok button key once you change the settings.

The following window pop up pops up and On Balance Volume Trading Indicator settings can be edited from this window popup.
